For the best results I recommend 2 to 3 sessions per week, if you are self-motivated 2 is fine together. 


There are no mirrors in my studio.
There is enough judgement without looking at ourselves in the mirror while we take on this amazing journey.

Your first circuit training session will be finding out what exercises you can and cannot do well and where your strengths and weaknesses are within various exercises.


Every session the exercises will be different.  I will push and challenge you as you progress, and will also be very supportive along your journey.



Warm up when you come in,
start our personal fitness circuit training x 6 exercises,
1 minute on each exercise with a 10-15 second rest to move to the next exercise. 

You will complete 3-4 rounds of the circuit with a 1 minute rest between each circuit. 
To finish we will cool down and stretch before you head off.
