Self-acceptance is the ability to see ourselves as a whole human which includes our virtues and our flaws. It is valuing ourselves regardless of accomplishment or failure. How to find self-acceptance
When you have complete self-acceptance, you're more likely to feel balanced and happy. You don’t have to experience extremes of high self-esteem and self-loathing when your actions and circumstances vary. Focus on developing self-acceptance to embrace the fallible nature that’s endemic to everyone. You'll get the courage to continue taking more risks in your business and work, and you’ll be able to bear life’s vagaries with confidence. Self Acceptance is practiced and practiced every single day so it becomes a natural part of your life.
All things improve with practice. This is true of self-acceptance as well. It’s difficult to stop judging or rating yourself cold turkey, but it’s a mindset that anyone can build over time.
We need to approach the process of changing as if we’re doing regular homework. By this, I mean that it’s essential to set aside time every day just to focus on developing a new mindset.
You could set aside 10 minutes for meditation and 20 for journaling, or you could work with an online coach to keep you accountable. Creating a well-defined plan for making an internal change will lead to better results than if you plan it in your head.

I have an amazing six-week program that works exactly on Self Love and Self Acceptance.
Self-acceptance improves your relationship
You are not needy and are not reliant on your partner or friend for approval. Decision-making is a lot easier when you accept yourself. Life in general is a lot easier. You have less anxious emotions, have your own time away from your partner easier, and trust becomes easier. There are huge benefits of Self-acceptance in a relationship.
Some psychological benefits of self-acceptance include Mood regulation
A decrease in depressive symptoms, and an increase in positive emotions.
Less desire to win the approval of others,
less self-critique and more self-kindness when mistakes occur, more desire to live life for one's self (and not others), and,
the ability to take more risks without worrying about the consequences.
Self-acceptance is also thought to be necessary for good mental health.
Positive relationships with ourselves and others allow us to open ourselves to love and compassion; and also accept criticism in a positive way. This helps one evolve into a more confident and secure person.
Self Acceptance like Self love needs to be practiced every day.
Unfortunately for many of us, Self Acceptance does not come naturally. We have mostly been wired to think negative things about life in general. Society has also taught us this. We need to sit quietly, a bit like meditation, and do lots of thinking about self-acceptance and why we have all the feelings and emotions that we have and turn these around day by day.
Self-acceptance isn't going to happen overnight. It takes extensive work and considerable dedication. But learning how to love yourself right and treat yourself well can impact the way you live your life and the things you're able to accomplish.
You're worth it, and you deserve to be happy.
